Partner WOD or not, this is gonna be tough.
This week’s outlook:
- No heels after Monday.
- Oh and please – let’s not drop anything – squatting like a lady will be difficult.
- Consider wearing only button down shirts…eek…those arms are going to be sore!
…and even though I’ll be just about paralyzed, I will be back on Tuesday for my next WOD. Ha!
This was my first WOD ever. I saw your post this morning (I’m loving this blog by the way, keep it up!) and I thought “Gracious, I’m glad I don’t have to do that.” and then went in this morning and Josh said “Okay, we’re doing this.” You can do it! (If you haven’t already)
I did the WOD tonight at 6:30 p.m. I had an awesome partner, Stephanie – whether she chooses to believe it or not. I am so glad you are liking the blog. 🙂 Support from all of you helps me to keep going, motivated and inspired. Way to go with your first WOD!!! How did it feel??
It felt awesome! The squats after 50 made my legs felt like jello, but I feel great now! Arms hurt like you anticipated?
Yeah, it was hard to walk after those squats! Actually, right now – my wrists hurt more than my arms. I am sure that’ll change tomorrow.
I’m sure you’ll be alright. I haven’t really been sore at all since I started. Don’t tell Josh or he’ll make sure that changes! lol
Haha, you know he reads this – right?
I go back on what I said; I just woke up and wanted to cry. I’m officially sore, and no I’m not just saying that lol
Haha!!! Suuuure! I’m sore too, but not as sore as I expected. I will be wearing heels today. My wrists and collarbone hurt more than anything!
Collarbone, thighs, biceps, everything for me lol
I’m surprised my collarbone isn’t bruised!
